The ANCVL constitution requires the NEC to immediately establish sub committees that will ensure that the program of the organization is implemented with success.
Sub-committee of the ANCVL like those of the ANC are composed of NEC members who directly report to the NEC and NWC on their organizational work .The NEC appointed Conveners of those sub-committees form members of the NWC. This was to enable an easy and effective porting to the NWC then the NEC.
The established sub-committees are:
Organization Building and Campaigns.
Finance and Fundraising
Governance and Legislature
Health and Welfare
These Sub-committees could not succeed in executing their mandate due to challenges relating to lack of recourses and non availability of conveners.
